*Prices are a guide. Each booking is quoted individually. The price per person will vary depending on the size of the group and the location of the experience.
We curate a selection of the most representative wines/wineries from each region. The selection may change yearly, as every vintage is different and we like keeping our offering updated and relevant.
We aim to create a selection that contains some “out of the box” options for you to discover.
Additionally, we can also work with you to tailor a selection to your choice if you have any specific budget or priorities.
All the wine pours are “tasting size” (about 50ml each). This means that each guest will be drinking around 2.5 glasses of wine each.
We recommend NOT DRIVING after the experience.
Spittoons are provided to spit out the wine after tasting if any guest prefers to do so.
We will create a non-alcoholic wines & mocktails experience for these guests.
We are Melbourne-based and cover all of the Melbourne metro area.
We also cover any locations within a 1.5-hour drive from Melbourne City.
This includes areas such as Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Torquay, Geelong, Macedon Ranges and others.
We can work with any group size.
From an intimate session for 2 to a large event for 200.
We have the resources and capacity to adapt in size.
Yes, we can organise sales and shipping nationally and internationally.
You need to have table space and a seat for each guest, we bring everything else required for your tasting experience, including wine, glassware, spittoons and table decorations.
We can help you hire a space for the experience.
Sometimes the hotel you are staying in may have a space for this.
We also partner with a number of event spaces that can accommodate your group.
Most experiences will go for 1.5 hours (give or take 10 minutes, depending on the group size).
We will arrive about 1 hour prior for set up (also relative to the group size) and depart another 30 minutes (roughly) after the experience, once pack down is done.
Our website gives you some reference pricing per person. These numbers are a guide.
We will quote each group individually, as there may be a number of factors that influence price.
For example:
- The location of your group/where the experience is delivered. Some locations may have a small “sommelier travel fee”.
- The venue: If we need to hire a venue in your behalf? Or do you have space at your home/AirBnB to host?
- The size of the group: We may need 2 (or more) sommeliers if the group is large, the number of bottles of wine we need to open, and other elements that vary with group size.
- And a number of other factors.
